An accomplished franchise executive, Vera brings more than two decades of experience driving growth, operational excellence and organizational transformation for global public companies and private-equity-backed businesses. Before joining Propelled Brands, she served as Group President at Neighborly®, the world’s largest home services franchisor, where she led multiple brands through strategic integration and performance improvement. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Amplifon, leading the Miracle-Ear® brand through modernization, organizational growth and expansion that consistently outpaced market performance.
